Manage governance and delivery of IT procurement, finance and project administration. Maintain purchase order/invoicing processes, service catalogues, timesheet templates, budgets, accruals and fixed assets. Support portfolio/project documentation and reporting, supplier/licence management, invoice approvals, and audit interactions to ensure accurate financial control and project governance.

Own product vision, roadmap and delivery for Toyota Financial Services UK Digital Platform and API. Manage backlog, vendors, two Solutions Architects, and lifecycle from discovery through release. Ensure architecture, security, governance (GDPR, ISO27001), and operational readiness while driving agile delivery, stakeholder engagement, and budget/financial control.

Provide pricing management information (MI) and reporting to support Pricing committees and Fair Value (FV) assessments across brands and products. Produce retail and wholesale MI, maintain policies, deliver ad-hoc analysis, liaise with stakeholders, and support management decision-making.
