Supports the Tax Manager with UK tax compliance and accounting across Toyota subsidiaries. Responsibilities include preparing current and deferred corporation tax accounts, corporation tax returns, VAT returns, transfer pricing and group relief compliance, PAYE Settlement Agreement claims, Making Tax Digital activities, and Senior Accounting Officer compliance. The role also maintains tax procedures and establishes tax processes for new entities while liaising with HMRC, external advisors, and internal stakeholders.

Develop and deliver pricing management information for Toyota Financial Services across multiple brands and products. The role supports Fair Value assessments, retail and wholesale performance monitoring, pricing governance forums, regulatory oversight, management reporting, and ad hoc analysis. It requires collaboration with Sales, Treasury, Customer Services, Legal, and New Business teams, along with maintaining pricing policies and procedures.

Manage month-end reporting, General Ledger submissions, KPI reporting, monthly financials, variance analysis, budgeting and forecasting. Oversee cost-centre and overhead reporting, cost control, residual value provision calculations, and external reporting requirements. Partner with budget holders and senior stakeholders, improve finance processes, support ad hoc projects, and coach a direct report. Advanced Excel and Power BI skills are required, alongside strong commercial awareness and communication abilities.
