Designs and delivers operational and technical training for customer-facing teams in an FCA-regulated environment. Responsibilities include owning induction programs, creating e-learning and learning aids, facilitating workshops, conducting learning-needs analysis, coaching employees, supporting training governance, interpreting performance data, and partnering with stakeholders to improve customer outcomes and training processes.

Manage customer arrears and financial support cases, engaging empathetically with customers experiencing financial difficulty. Develop affordable repayment solutions, resolve account issues, and ensure collections activity complies with Toyota Financial Services policies, Consumer Duty, and regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate, timely account management while protecting vulnerable customers and delivering fair outcomes. Collaborate with internal departments and demonstrate strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and independent judgment.

Supports the Tax Manager with UK corporate and deferred tax accounting, VAT returns, corporation tax reporting, HMRC submissions, transfer pricing, group relief, PAYE settlements, and tax compliance processes. The role also assists with financial accounting projects, CONETS reporting, treasury accounting cover, and establishing tax processes for new entities. It requires experience with VAT, corporation tax, partial exemption, commercial tax compliance, Excel, and preferably Alphatax.
