Supports daily PMO operations by consolidating project updates, maintaining RAID logs, building portfolio metrics and dashboards, and coordinating governance forums. Automates PMO workflows across Jira and Confluence using Python, develops lightweight internal tools, and manages documentation quality. Owns selected small-to-medium projects, coordinating stakeholders across engineering, business, and operations while tracking risks, dependencies, milestones, and delivery progress.
