Own the integrity and governance of commercial master data across HubSpot, Sage, product systems, Syncari, and reporting platforms. Define data models, source authority, matching, deduplication, hierarchy, mapping, validation, and conflict-resolution rules. Configure and monitor Syncari integrations, investigate failures, reconcile records, improve source-system controls, and maintain the Power BI data model. Document data flows, testing, change control, and exceptions while coordinating with independent system owners.

Own and standardize the commercial data layer and integrations (Syncari), set cross-system data standards, model data for Power BI reporting, act as technical owner for unowned commercial systems (Sage, ProjectWorks), document flows, and support acquisition onboarding and due diligence. Drive source-first fixes and collaborate across Revenue Operations, Finance, Product, and Customer Delivery.

Lead and unify Totara's infrastructure and cloud engineering teams to build a scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud platform. Own provisioning, deployment, observability, SRE practices, security/compliance, FinOps, and multi-cloud strategy while delivering automated lifecycle management for thousands of dedicated customer deployments and developing a high-performing distributed team.
