Build and ship full-stack product features in a regulated healthcare AI environment. Collaborate with product and design, apply distributed-systems patterns, consume cloud infrastructure, and contribute to engineering quality and ISO 27001 and ISO 13485 compliance. The role involves React and TypeScript frontend development, Node.js/NestJS or Python/FastAPI backend work, production delivery, and event-driven architectures. Healthtech, healthcare integrations, Terraform, and infrastructure-as-code experience are advantageous.

Support onboarding, rollout, training, and adoption of TORTUS across NHS sites. Serve as a first-line contact for straightforward customer queries, triage support requests, track issues, prepare usage reporting, maintain training materials, and gather structured feedback for product and engineering teams. Assist with clinical note template configuration and coordinate stakeholders across customer success, operations, product, engineering, and commercial functions.
