Supports brand strategy, campaign development, public relations, digital and social media, market research, content creation, stakeholder coordination, and project delivery across consumer and B2B divisions. The role includes performance tracking, communications support, agency and vendor coordination, and structured professional development.

Manage end-to-end physical green coffee contract execution, including purchases, sales, shipments, inventory, warehouse releases, trade documentation, logistics costs, and ERP updates. Coordinate with traders, suppliers, customers, warehouses, freight partners, shipping lines, and Finance. Monitor contractual obligations, resolve shipment and quality issues, support trade finance processes, and ensure compliance with coffee trade rules and internal procedures.

Lead commercial growth of the cashew business across the UK and Middle East by developing sales strategy, acquiring and expanding accounts, negotiating international commodity contracts, managing trader relationships, monitoring market drivers, preparing forecasts and budgets, ensuring regulatory compliance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Frequent international travel to customers, trade fairs, and suppliers required.
