Prepare and lead month-end and year-end financial reporting, reconcile balance sheet accounts, manage FX and intercompany postings, support audits, deliver regulatory returns, improve controls and processes, and provide commercial business partnering across the finance team.

Manage the full Trip Leader lifecycle for Topdeck and Grasshopper brands: recruit, allocate, train, coach and performance-manage TLs. Oversee crew communications, logistics, crisis response, budgeting, incident reporting, and cross-functional collaboration to continuously improve tour delivery, engagement, and operational standards.

Support transactional finance across Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable: process and reconcile customer receipts and supplier invoices, manage AR/AP queries and mailboxes, run payment processes and reconciliations, chase debts, support month-end and audit activities, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with wider teams to improve processes.
