Own and build CRM automation, MarTech integrations, and data pipelines to power global B2B/B2C lifecycle journeys. Implement low-code/no-code workflows, manage integrations (Braze, SFMC, Amplitude, HighTouch, Redshift), enable experimentation, and define governance and standards while partnering with Data and Engineering.

The Head of Independent Partners will lead the Sales and Account Teams, focusing on acquiring and growing SMB partners through phone outreach, while promoting a performance-driven culture and strategic growth initiatives.

Partner with the VP of Strategy and senior leaders to define corporate strategy, evaluate international expansion, lead market and competitor analysis, support M&A and commercial partnerships, track OKRs, and translate strategic opportunities into actionable growth initiatives.
