Develop account strategies, manage senior stakeholder relationships, negotiate complex deals, forecast pipeline in Salesforce, collaborate cross-functionally (Operations, Marketing, Product), analyze data to drive operational improvements, and mentor Key Account Managers.

Founding Senior Engineering Lead to build and manage a multidisciplinary London engineering hub. Recruit and grow the team, own technical roadmap and architecture, deliver high-quality integrations and systems, collaborate closely with Operations and commercial stakeholders, manage third-party vendors, and ensure delivery, quality, and team development.
