The role analyzes financial and operational data, identifies risks and opportunities, translates findings into actionable recommendations, and helps managers make data-led decisions. It also contributes to process improvement, reporting enhancements, and scaling more efficient business practices.

Lead health, safety, and environmental compliance across TOMRA Collection UK’s offices, warehouses, RVM sites, and partner locations. Responsibilities include maintaining HSE policies, managing risk assessments, investigating incidents, overseeing audits, delivering training, coordinating emergency response, monitoring environmental and contractor standards, engaging regulators and stakeholders, supporting tenders, and reporting HSE performance metrics.
