Responsibilities include maintaining HSE policies, managing risk assessments, investigating incidents, overseeing audits, delivering training, coordinating emergency response, monitoring environmental and contractor standards, engaging regulators and stakeholders, supporting tenders, and reporting HSE performance metrics.
