Leads Tokio Marine HCC’s delegated authority and intermediary compliance function. Oversees governance frameworks, regulatory compliance, coverholder and MGA approvals, audits, quality assurance, reporting, systems, and committee engagement. Manages a large specialist team, collaborates with underwriting, claims, distribution, internal stakeholders, and Lloyd’s, and ensures delegated arrangements, policies, training, and compliance plans remain effective and aligned with regulatory and business requirements.

Design, build, test, document, and support production data pipelines and data products on Snowflake using dbt Cloud. Develop dimensional models, enforce data quality and governance, optimize performance and cost, and support CI/CD and code reviews. Partner with underwriting, actuarial, operations, and engineering stakeholders to refine requirements, manage delivery expectations, and contribute to agile planning, platform standards, and the data product roadmap.

Deliver and operationalize a secure Azure sandbox platform for temporary development, testing, and proof-of-concept environments. Build reusable Terraform and Ansible automation, integrate identity, RBAC, privileged access, policies, logging, networking, isolation, cost controls, and lifecycle management. Create standard Windows, Linux, and developer workstation patterns, automate provisioning and reclamation, support pilot users, document operational procedures, and complete knowledge transfer and handover to internal cloud platform teams.
