Build an AI-driven, automated Next Best Action program, run lifecycle campaigns (onboarding, retention, winback), pilot new channels, measure incremental impact through testing, and manage and develop the CRM team in partnership with product and data.

Lead end-to-end SaaS implementations for enterprise ticketing clients: manage kickoff through go-live, handle technical configuration, data migrations, integrations, client training, post-launch support, risk mitigation, cross-functional coordination, and mentor delivery team while improving processes and tooling.
