Lead Product Designer responsible for end-to-end design of a B2B ticketing and e-commerce partner portal. Drive discovery through delivery, collaborate with PMs and engineers, steward the design system, mentor designers, use AI tools across the workflow, and ensure high-quality implementation and usability of complex, information-dense features.

Lead the data platform team owning dbt projects, CI/CD, and Snowflake. Drive architecture, onboarding new sources, ensure data quality with tests/contracts, lead engineers, partner with stakeholders, and push AI-first consumption for analytics and agents.

Lead and own CRM and lifecycle marketing across email, push, and SMS. Build an AI-driven, automated Next Best Action program, run lifecycle campaigns (onboarding, retention, winback), pilot new channels, measure incremental impact through testing, and manage and develop the CRM team in partnership with product and data.
