Provides customer support across chat, phone, and email for multiple brands. Handles escalations, resolves issues empathetically, manages tickets, and completes operational tasks. The role also improves chatbot responses, automations, product experiences, macros, internal documentation, and knowledge-base content by identifying customer pain points and sharing actionable feedback with CX and product teams.

Leads the UK Customer Experience team across London and New York, managing CX Leads and Agents, staffing and queue plans, performance evaluations, escalations, SLA and CSAT targets, documentation, and process improvements. Partners with Operations, Product, Data, and Engineering teams to improve workflows and implement AI and automation while translating CX strategy into tactical execution.

Lead concept development and execute high-craft brand and marketing design across channels. Own projects end-to-end, collaborate with cross-functional teams, translate strategy into polished creative, run ideation sessions, and research audience and brief context to deliver effective, on-brand work.
