Teams at Toast

Qualify and engage inbound leads, set up product demonstrations for Field Account Executives, collaborate with marketing and sales teams on outreach, prospect for and build partnerships with restaurants, relay customer feedback cross-functionally, and assess competitors to position Toast effectively.

Manage a portfolio of existing Toast POS customers to identify upsell opportunities, own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, resolve customer issues and escalate technical problems, use data and reporting to prioritise activity, maintain Salesforce pipeline, integrate AI/tools to improve workflow, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet monthly revenue and activity goals.

The Field Account Executive will manage the sales cycle for prospective restaurants, build relationships, and customize solutions to help their businesses thrive using Salesforce and field sales expertise.
