Own the international mid-market product strategy and roadmap for Toast’s platform across Dublin, London, and other international markets. Lead cross-codebase delivery, align engineering and product teams, conduct customer research, define success metrics, and represent mid-market needs to leadership. Develop pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategies with marketing, sales, and operations. Coach senior product managers and engineers while managing stakeholder alignment, vendor evaluation, and delivery of complex products from discovery through scale.

Lead cross-functional program management for Toasts international expansion: standardize market-entry playbooks, manage risks and timelines, drive stakeholder alignment, develop reporting and communications, and pilot new territories to accelerate go-to-market execution.

Conduct outbound prospecting (cold calls, emails, social) to generate demos for Field Account Executives, collaborate on outreach strategies, build restaurant partnerships, relay customer feedback cross-functionally, and position Toast against competitors. Hybrid role based in central London.
