Manage a portfolio of SaaS customers by building relationships, driving product activation and adoption, retaining and expanding revenue, and delivering strategic business reviews. The role includes customer demonstrations, escalation resolution, Voice of Customer feedback, referrals, Salesforce updates, and cross-functional process improvement. The position is hybrid, requiring one day per week with customers and one day in the London office.

Prospect restaurants across the UK, manage the full sales cycle, conduct product demonstrations, tailor Toast solutions, negotiate with decision-makers, and close new business. Maintain sales activity in Salesforce, understand competitors, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful delivery. This hybrid role requires three days per week in the London office.
