The Packaging Account Manager will oversee packaging strategies for McDonald's, ensuring client satisfaction and operational excellence while identifying growth opportunities in a hybrid role.

Lead strategic sourcing and supplier relationship management for Operating Supplies across the EU. Develop sourcing strategies, negotiate contracts, manage supplier risk and contingency plans, drive cost savings and forecasting, support stage-gate processes, and collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders and McDonald’s to ensure supply continuity, compliance, and sustainability.

Lead and grow strategic brand partnerships from identification through negotiation, activation, reporting and relationship management. Drive commercial value, support senior leadership, mentor junior staff, manage pipelines, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver partnership solutions across loyalty, sponsorship, experiential, retail, travel and technology.
