The Creative Strategy Director will lead the development of culturally impactful campaign concepts across multiple channels, guiding cross-functional teams to execute ideas effectively while ensuring alignment with brand vision and market trends.

Partner with business leaders to drive HR initiatives across workforce planning, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, learning, compensation, and culture. Provide strategic HR counsel, lead investigations and ER matters, support change management, analyse exit and engagement data, and deliver HR projects to improve employee experience and business performance.

As a Category Manager, you will develop sourcing strategies, manage supplier relationships, oversee negotiations, and ensure compliance while fostering cross-functional collaboration and supporting client engagement.
