Provides hands-on data centre and infrastructure support across TJX UK and European sites. Responsibilities include installing, relocating, upgrading, and decommissioning servers, network equipment, storage, power, and cabling; performing rack-and-stack, audits, asset management, maintenance, and troubleshooting; coordinating vendors; supporting incidents, changes, migrations, and technology refreshes; and maintaining operational documentation and compliance. Regular travel to data centres, offices, processing centres, and other facilities is required.

Reviews and processes commercial contracts, statements of work, orders, and contract amendments. Ensures transactions comply with approved frameworks and risk parameters, escalates deviations, and coordinates with procurement, legal counsel, and business stakeholders. The role also supports process improvement, legal technology and AI adoption, and management of external counsel across European jurisdictions.

Provides first-line HR support to associates and managers across Spain through phone, email, and online systems. Resolves high-volume HR queries, processes transactions, maintains case records, and ensures accuracy, compliance, and service-level performance. Supports onboarding, right-to-work services, general HR processes, system testing, process improvements, and complex issue resolution. Requires fluent Spanish and English, strong communication and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with HR systems and Microsoft Office.
