HR Business Partner supporting a fast-growing wealth management organization through strategic workforce planning, acquisitions, integration, change, employee relations, engagement, performance management, talent development, and organizational design. The role advises and challenges senior leaders, manages complex HR cases, supports regulated business requirements, and develops practical people solutions in a fast-paced, commercially focused environment.

Own and optimize the HR technology stack, including HiBob, Lever, and AI-powered HR tools. Responsibilities include system configuration, integrations, workflow automation, data quality, reporting, user support, module adoption, AI governance, documentation, and stakeholder management. The role will drive self-service, performance, compensation, survey, and employee lifecycle processes while partnering with HR, IT, Information Security, vendors, and business stakeholders across international operations.

Own and optimise the Group's finance systems (NetSuite, Embat, Pleo), support acquisition onboarding and consolidation, maintain integrations and data integrity, drive automation and reporting improvements, govern UAT and change releases, train users, and partner with Finance, IT and external suppliers to improve finance processes and reduce manual month-end effort.
