Lead and operate Titan's total rewards function: maintain job grading and salary structures, run annual pay and bonus cycles, manage benchmarking, pay equity and reporting, oversee benefits and pensions, support global mobility, implement HiBob compensation module, and provide governance, regulatory compliance and reward reporting while line-managing a compensation specialist.

Own and build Titan Wealth's internal communications function: develop strategy and annual plans, create and deliver multi-channel content, advise senior leadership, lead change and M&A communications, run engagement programmes and measure impact, manage internal channels and stakeholder relationships across a distributed workforce.
