Lead Tide's liquidity, forecasting and financial risk activities: own treasury forecasting frameworks, liquidity and capital management across multi-entity multi-currency operations; design scenario and stress testing; manage FX and interest rate risk and hedging; produce MI; partner with Finance, Product, Lending and Ops; and lead and coach treasury analysts, deputising for the Group Treasurer when required.

Lead revenue growth and activation for Invoicing, Expense Management and Accountant GTM. Use analytics to shape product prioritisation, pricing and GTM plans; own launches, forecasts, and cross-functional stakeholder alignment to hit revenue and retention targets.

Lead the architecture of Tide's agentic platform, ensuring reliable, scalable services. Collaborate across teams to design APIs and integration standards, focusing on developer experience and analytics.
