Lead and mentor 4–8 Product Designers across key product domains. Balance people management, hiring, resourcing, hands-on product design, and strategic delivery. Partner with product and engineering leaders to define roadmaps, OKRs, and cohesive app experiences. Deliver end-to-end design work using research, prototyping, testing, and handoff, while exploring AI-enhanced design and development workflows.

Lead and scale Tide’s global paid social acquisition across the UK and Europe. Responsibilities include managing multi-million-pound budgets, optimizing Meta and other social platforms, embedding AI into creative, bidding, reporting, and testing workflows, and driving full-funnel growth. The role owns attribution, measurement, first-party data activation, creative strategy, platform expansion, and privacy compliance while collaborating cross-functionally and building an AI-enabled paid social team.

Leads Tide’s global second-line financial risk function, owning the financial risk management framework and providing independent oversight of finance and treasury activities. Responsibilities include monitoring capital, liquidity, concentration and resilience risks; maintaining risk appetite metrics and policies; challenging liquidity forecasts and stress assumptions; supporting regulatory engagements, audits and licensing; reporting to boards and risk committees; assessing new products and markets; and managing a high-performing global team.
