Leads Tide’s global engineering organization for ongoing monitoring, fraud detection, financial crime, sanctions, and regulatory-risk platforms. Owns engineering strategy, shared decisioning capabilities, ML model lifecycle, agentic AI governance, platform scalability, and measurable risk and efficiency outcomes. The role manages distributed engineering, data science, and analytics teams while aligning risk, compliance, operations, payments, product, and technology stakeholders across multiple markets.

Leads Tide’s Product and Identity Security functions, setting strategy and executing a funded roadmap across application, cloud, AI, architecture, IAM, penetration testing, and vulnerability operations. Manages a distributed global team, remains technically hands-on, partners with executives and engineering leaders, and oversees security enablement, champions programs, incident escalations, metrics, recruiting, and team development.

Owns commercial performance and growth for Tide’s UK Banking Payments business. Responsibilities include revenue forecasting, analytics-driven opportunity identification, payment product and journey strategy, go-to-market launches, lifecycle engagement, competitor intelligence, and cross-functional stakeholder alignment. The role partners with Product, Finance, BI, CRM, Operations, Engineering, and Member Success teams to increase payment activation, usage, retention, and revenue.
