Responsibilities include monitoring capital, liquidity, concentration and resilience risks; maintaining risk appetite metrics and policies; challenging liquidity forecasts and stress assumptions; supporting regulatory engagements, audits and licensing; reporting to boards and risk committees; assessing new products and markets; and managing a high-performing global team.

Own the global Membership Plans and subscriptions strategy, roadmap, pricing, tiers, benefits, and lifecycle experience. Lead discovery through execution while partnering with Billing, Payments, Marketing, Data, Finance, Engineering, and Design. Drive member engagement, retention, revenue, and long-term value across markets, ensure scalable user experiences, and mentor Product Managers.

Secure Tide’s web, mobile, and cloud-native products through vulnerability hunting, threat modeling, secure design reviews, remediation, proof-of-concept scripting, and CI/CD security automation. The role serves as an Application Security subject matter expert, partners with engineering and product teams, communicates risks to executives, and mentors junior engineers.

Lead Tide’s corporate debt and warehouse funding strategy, including facility sourcing, negotiation, refinancing, drawdowns, repayment planning, covenant monitoring, and portfolio optimization. The role develops funding forecasts and financial models, manages lender relationships, supports strategic and Board-level decisions, and ensures compliance with debt agreements while balancing funding cost, liquidity, capacity, and risk.

Leads Tide’s global KYX engineering organization across onboarding, continuous due diligence, identity, risk scoring, data science, and ML. Owns engineering strategy, organization design, model lifecycle, regulated AI deployment, and measurable improvements in conversion, due diligence quality, automation, and servicing costs. Partners with operations, policy, risk, compliance, product, and IAM teams across multiple markets while building globally reusable platforms with market-specific logic isolated.

Owns the lifecycle of financial crime policies and procedures covering AML, counter-terrorist financing, sanctions, fraud, and anti-bribery. Designs and maintains control frameworks, monitors UK regulatory developments, performs gap analyses, coordinates remediation, and supports audits and regulatory examinations. Partners with Compliance, Risk, Operations, and Product teams to translate regulatory requirements into practical controls and provide subject matter guidance.

Leads Tide’s global engineering organization for ongoing monitoring, fraud detection, financial crime, sanctions, and regulatory-risk platforms. Owns engineering strategy, shared decisioning capabilities, ML model lifecycle, agentic AI governance, platform scalability, and measurable risk and efficiency outcomes. The role manages distributed engineering, data science, and analytics teams while aligning risk, compliance, operations, payments, product, and technology stakeholders across multiple markets.

Owns commercial performance and growth for Tide’s UK Banking Payments business. Responsibilities include revenue forecasting, analytics-driven opportunity identification, payment product and journey strategy, go-to-market launches, lifecycle engagement, competitor intelligence, and cross-functional stakeholder alignment. The role partners with Product, Finance, BI, CRM, Operations, Engineering, and Member Success teams to increase payment activation, usage, retention, and revenue.

Lead revenue growth and activation for Invoicing, Expense Management and Accountant GTM. Use analytics to shape product prioritisation, pricing and GTM plans; own launches, forecasts, and cross-functional stakeholder alignment to hit revenue and retention targets.

The Senior Staff Software Engineer will lead the architecture of the agentic platform, define shared service designs, partner with teams for reusable capabilities, provide technical leadership, and implement cost-management and evaluation pipelines.
