The Senior Product Designer will create impactful mobile experiences for fans, manage projects, conduct user research, and collaborate with teams for design solutions.

Lead new business growth and renewals across live entertainment sectors by developing pipelines, negotiating deals, recommending ticketing solutions, coordinating onboarding, attending industry events, and working cross-functionally to meet revenue and adoption targets.

Lead design, build, and support of core infrastructure components focused on resilience and maintainability. Drive release engineering, provisioning, telemetry, incident handling/alerting, and cloud migrations. Provide architecture and delivery leadership, mentor engineers, prototype new approaches (including LLMs), and improve legacy systems for scalability and fault tolerance.
