Provide specialist educational advice within a multi-agency child protection team to identify and address barriers to attendance, attainment and inclusion for vulnerable children. Work with schools, families and partner agencies, contribute to safeguarding meetings, analyse educational data, support access to services, and challenge providers to improve outcomes.

Analyze and investigate service data to produce actionable insights and statutory returns for Childrens Services. Advise senior management and stakeholders on performance, service needs, and improvement opportunities, ensuring timely, accurate data to support quality decision-making.

Answer calls, emails and referrals; resolve queries at first contact; provide timely advice and information to support health, mental health and adult social care needs. Have person-centred conversations to prepare Support Plans, arrange commissioned services, and help prevent, reduce or delay further care interventions. Work part-time with on-the-job training provided.
