Provides legal and contractual advice across commercial contracting, regulated payment services, privacy, product, intellectual property, regulatory, corporate, and M&A matters. Supports licensing, compliance, policy development, regulatory monitoring, legal risk management, and cross-functional business activities. The role is London-based, requires office attendance four days weekly, and involves collaboration across time zones.

Leads second-line oversight of global financial risk, safeguarding, internal financial controls, treasury, liquidity, FX, credit, capital adequacy, and regulatory compliance. The role challenges Finance and Treasury teams, tests safeguarding and reconciliation controls, monitors global regulations, reports risks to senior governance bodies, and drives incident remediation across regulated payment entities.

Develop and maintain highly available, secure, scalable API services for a global payments platform. Design and ship new products, improve platform performance, automate development processes, participate in Agile practices, and collaborate with global technology teams. The role requires strong Golang development skills, event-driven architecture experience, relational database knowledge, and familiarity with web and API solutions.
