Leads and develops an engineering team responsible for a customer-facing platform, internal tooling, and portal. Owns front-end engineering, platform integration, delivery prioritization, scalability, reliability, and quality improvements. Partners with Product, Implementation, and business stakeholders to deliver customer-focused solutions, improve the sandbox-to-implementation journey, and apply AI technologies to engineering practices and platform capabilities. Also manages third-party technology partners and supports strategic projects across the UK engineering team.
