Leads the origination, solutioning, shaping, and conversion of large-scale Data and AI transformation opportunities across Europe, the Middle East, and India. Owns a $30M+ pipeline of $3–5M+ deals, advises executive clients, develops value propositions and business cases, and connects data platforms, governance, and AI capabilities into executable transformation programs. Partners with account, architecture, practice, and delivery leaders to improve deal conversion, ensure delivery feasibility, expand engagements, and scale repeatable Data and AI offerings.

Leads strategic retail client relationships and manages one to three accounts, including prospects. Owns the full sales cycle, account strategy, executive relationship development, revenue growth, profitability, contract negotiation, delivery governance, and project reviews. The role requires deep retail industry expertise, a strong executive network, consultative selling ability, and familiarity with agile software delivery and digital transformation. Projects are primarily conducted at customer sites, requiring substantial travel flexibility.

Perform industry and technology research, analyze data and business processes, translate complex problems into actionable recommendations, produce executive-ready deliverables, facilitate workshops, document requirements, and apply AI tools responsibly to accelerate and validate advisory work while ensuring quality and reusable knowledge.
