Leads the Provisioning engineering team building and expanding a cloud-native platform that creates and manages Kubernetes-based development and test environments. Responsibilities include technical design, coding, code reviews, platform strategy, data-driven impact measurement, stakeholder collaboration, engineering best practices, recruitment, process development, and mentoring engineers.

Leads strategic, cross-functional initiatives within the CTO Office, including GenAI adoption, engineering operations optimization, operational metrics, executive reporting, and client engagement preparation. The role manages competing priorities, aligns engineering and business stakeholders, improves workflows, removes bottlenecks, and supports high-impact organizational initiatives in a fast-paced technology environment.
