Act as escalation point for complex employee relations, drive global HR policy and compliance, lead HR workstreams for new office launches and mobility, manage annual people cycles, and provide data-driven insights to senior leadership to support retention, engagement, and scalable global growth.

Lead a global partnerships team to build and scale a partner ecosystem that accelerates product adoption, drives ARR growth, architects commercial deals and GTM playbooks, enforces partner technical standards, aligns product and market strategy, and expands regional presence across NA, EMEA, LATAM and APAC.

Design, build and maintain infrastructure tooling for deployment, observability, orchestration, disaster recovery and CI/CD to support scalable, highly available production systems and customer integrations.
