Plan and execute internal and client-facing events globally, including venue research, supplier management, stakeholder coordination, budgeting, guest communications, onsite delivery, and post-event evaluation. Manage event documentation, contracts, invoices, swag inventory and fulfillment, and weekly company all-hands meetings. Requires strong event management, communication, budgeting, organization, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Design, implement and maintain scalable, high-performance backend microservices. Write automated unit and integration tests, manage deployments from testing to production, collaborate with other engineering teams, translate customer requirements into deliverables, and work on client-facing scoping and delivery.

Lead planning and delivery of complex, multi-team engineering programmes. Set milestones, coordinate cross-functional teams, communicate priorities across the company, drive outcomes, improve processes and tooling, and ensure quality and reliability within a modern microservice-based stack.
