Design, implement and maintain scalable, performant backend microservices for Thought Machine's Vault. Write automated unit and integration tests, debug deployments from testing to production, collaborate with other engineering teams, and translate customer requirements into deliverable tickets.

Lead planning and delivery of complex, multi-team engineering programmes. Set milestones, coordinate cross-functional teams, communicate priorities across the company, drive outcomes, improve processes and tooling, and ensure quality and reliability within a modern microservice-based stack.

The Sales Director will drive new business development in mid-market and challenger banks, exceed sales targets, and enhance brand growth in EMEA.

Lead resolution of high-priority cloud incidents across hosted and self-managed Vault deployments. Mentor junior engineers, build tooling and automation, perform root cause analysis, improve observability and support processes, and act as the technical owner for enterprise relationships to enhance platform stability and client outcomes.

Build end-to-end features across frontend and backend, design scalable secure services, write automated tests, debug to production, translate customer requirements, and collaborate across cross-functional teams.

Support global payroll operations across seven countries, ensuring timely payroll execution, statutory reporting, compliance, account reconciliation with finance, user account administration, and participation in payroll implementations and process improvements with external advisors and HR.

Lead design and delivery of large-scale, cloud-native backend systems. Own end-to-end solutions, define architecture and engineering standards, investigate production issues across environments, mentor and hire engineers, and drive technical direction and adoption of new tools (including AI) to improve developer velocity and reliability.

Own and deliver complex backend features end-to-end for cloud-native banking systems. Provide technical leadership on architecture, code quality, incident response, and hiring. Mentor engineers, collaborate with Product to translate requirements, and ensure scalable, secure, high-performance production services.
