Owns multiple categories and channels, independently uses SQL and ecommerce systems, supports team training, drives cross-functional collaboration, improves processes, and provides direction and knowledge sharing across the team.

Creates and manages editorial, video, and social content for Lookfantastic’s Content Hub, YouTube, and social channels. Responsibilities include researching, writing, editing, scripting, coordinating production, repurposing content, managing a Social Producer, and optimizing content for SEO, GEO, and AI discoverability. The role also maintains evergreen content, collaborates with cross-functional teams, and uses analytics to improve engagement, organic visibility, and campaign performance.

Leads Lookfantastic’s editorial strategy across its Content Hub, YouTube, expert-led content, and AI discovery experiences. Develops content roadmaps, topic clusters, editorial standards, video formats, and GEO frameworks to improve organic growth, authority, engagement, and AI discoverability. Manages editorial team members, collaborates with SEO, Social, PR, Creative, Product, CRM, and Commercial teams, and uses analytics and search insights to optimize performance.
