Lead design and implementation of power system automation for mission-critical facilities. Develop control philosophies, sequences of operations, FDS/SDS, testing and commissioning procedures, validate automation logic, support FMEA and resilience assessments, resolve control conflicts, and contribute to engineering standards and proposals while collaborating with EORs, vendors, commissioning teams, and clients.

Lead design, development, integration, and commissioning of PLC/SCADA/BMS/EPMS control systems for mission-critical projects. Own technical deliverables, produce architecture and documentation, support FAT/SAT and commissioning, troubleshoot system issues, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to engineering standards and continuous improvement.

Lead control systems engineering projects including design, PLC and SCADA/HMI application development, commissioning, network and IT integration, instrumentation specification, legacy system migrations, project leadership, customer coordination, and mentoring junior staff to deliver on-schedule, within-budget automation solutions.
