Supervise customer care and scheduling operations across the UK, Ireland, and Nordic region. The role is office-based at European sites and requires 30–50% international travel.

Develop healthcare-provider accounts and drive adoption of procalcitonin testing strategies and hospital-wide protocols. Build relationships with laboratory leaders, clinical leads, and executives; analyze account needs; create business strategies; deliver clinical education; collaborate with scientific and marketing teams; represent Thermo Fisher at industry events; manage growth plans, activity metrics, and CRM data.
