The Senior Product Designer will design digital products within cross-functional teams of engineers and product managers. Responsibilities include solving UX/UI challenges, facilitating discovery workshops, translating business needs into user-centered experiences, creating scalable interfaces, supporting pitches and prototypes, and advising clients. The designer will also help establish and improve Theodo UK’s internal design capability, contribute to strategic conversations, and promote consistent design practices across complex product projects.

Work as a Full Stack Developer building web and mobile applications for clients. Collaborate with small agile teams, engage directly with stakeholders, deliver bespoke solutions, and grow into mentoring and technical advisor responsibilities while expanding technical skills.

Build and maintain AWS Serverless solutions using Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB and infrastructure-as-code (CDK/Terraform). Write production-quality Node.js/TypeScript code, collaborate on fast-moving client projects, participate in client-facing planning and technical discussions, and follow cloud/serverless architecture best practices.
