Coordinate delivery of localized audio, video, art and metadata for Disney+ content across EMEA. Raise and track orders, manage vendor schedules, update delivery records, action QC failures, maintain stakeholder communication, and support workflow improvements within SLA timelines.

Manage digital advertising campaign lifecycle for Disney EMEA: pre-sale planning, campaign setup, trafficking, optimization, reporting, invoicing, and client communications. Focus on video/CTV, programmatic and multi-platform campaigns while collaborating with Sales, Technology, Finance and third-party vendors to maximize revenue and campaign delivery.

Provide accounts payable support, P-Card and bank reconciliations, month/quarter-end journals and balance sheet reconciliations, prepare sales and incentive reports, perform competitor and ad-hoc financial analysis, act as Casual Buyer, and support SAP/Coupa queries to ensure accurate financial reporting across Disney travel product portfolios.
