Lead Creature TD provides creative and technical guidance for creature asset setup and shot work, leads and mentors the creature team, implements rigs and character simulations (cloth, hair, flesh), collaborates across departments, troubleshoots technical/aesthetic issues, assists production staffing and scheduling, and maintains asset and shot quality.

Support B2B trade communications across social media, email and events: plan and schedule content, maintain communications calendar, run email campaigns in HubSpot, perform quality checks, coordinate event communications, produce basic performance reporting, and support CRM and admin tasks.

Create high-quality textures for digital doubles, creatures, and hard-surface assets, focusing on photoreal surface detail. Combine hand-painted, procedural, and node-based methods, collaborate with modeling and lookdev teams, respond to creative/technical feedback, and help refine workflows while mentoring peers to meet production schedules.
