Plan and deliver cross-line-of-business events across the UK and EMEA, managing venue sourcing, logistics, suppliers, AV, travel, budgets, stakeholder coordination, on-site execution and post-event reporting. Support Studios publicity events, liaise with US PR teams, provide administrative support to senior team members, and continuously improve event processes.

Support Product Solutions team to review, design, prioritise and implement broadcast and airtime-sales workflow solutions. Translate business requirements into specifications, assist with configuration, change control, triage user requests, coordinate delivery with technology and vendors, and provide hands-on planning, scheduling and data-related support.

Provide 1st-line triage, prioritisation and resolution coordination for incidents across Disney Parks reservation systems. Own incident lifecycle, communicate status to stakeholders, escalate appropriately, perform root cause analysis, contribute to knowledge bases and playbooks, support testing (UAT/integration/regression), and collaborate with internal teams and third-party partners to improve system stability and service delivery.
