Supports music agents and artists by maintaining CRM records, processing offers and contracts, issuing invoices, tracking payments, preparing immigration paperwork, coordinating announcements and meetings, arranging travel, managing guest lists, and attending shows. Requires strong organization, communication, attention to detail, and proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

Manage EMEA accounting operations, consolidation, statutory reporting, month-end close, audits, tax compliance, financial controls, and acquisition accounting. Oversee accounting policies, reconciliations, fixed assets, lease accounting, and reporting deadlines while managing and developing two accounting staff. Coordinate with auditors, shared service centers, overseas affiliates, and corporate stakeholders to improve processes and maintain accurate, compliant financial records.

Manage the Global Finance Transformation portfolio, overseeing project intake, prioritization, governance, timelines, dependencies, resources, risks, reporting, and executive updates. Coordinate cross-functional Finance, Accounting, and technology initiatives involving enterprise systems, process improvements, and business requirements. Establish consistent delivery practices, facilitate stakeholder communication, maintain RAID and action logs, and ensure projects remain aligned, accountable, and on schedule.
