Gather and document business and functional requirements for custom internal applications and AI-adjacent solutions. Translate needs into build-ready specs with engineers, define workflows and edge cases, support backlog, testing, UAT and rollout. Configure and enable enterprise workflow tools (Asana/Monday), create intake forms, templates, and reporting views, onboard users, and drive adoption. Collaborate with global stakeholders to assess and transition tools and processes for newly acquired teams.

Manage and publish social content, monitor channels in real time, engage communities, perform web/social listening, spot trends and risks, mentor junior staff, and ensure quality control across platforms during an international football tournament. Requires late-evening UK availability for one month.

The Mid-Weight Motion Designer will create motion graphics for various platforms, manage projects, collaborate with teams, and maintain visual standards.
