Lead creation and management of company credentials, bespoke pitch decks and case studies across EMEA, APAC and ANZ. Drive RFP and RFI responses, coordinate cross-departmental inputs, implement pitch process improvements, and maintain BD collateral repository. Support AVP Growth & Development and collaborate with account teams to produce client-facing presentations and winning proposal responses.

Coordinate and manage the flow of creative projects from brief to delivery: build schedules, allocate resources, identify bottlenecks, gather and distribute briefs and assets, and liaise across creative, account, production, finance and project teams to ensure timely delivery and accurate tracking of studio time and budgets.

Manage THE*TEAM's Global Football social accounts: create content plans, produce visual and written content, engage communities, liaise with agents and stakeholders, report on analytics, and execute timely coverage of live events to grow and maintain audience and brand voice.
