Supervise tradespeople and subcontractors delivering housing repairs and maintenance. Coordinate schedules, inspect work, monitor quality, safety, costs, SLAs and KPIs, and provide technical guidance. Manage performance, training, resources and customer service while liaising with residents, contractors, planners and management. The role also supports maintenance strategies, risk assessments, reporting and out-of-hours repairs, with travel to other UK locations as required.

Deliver legislative repair and structural works across residential properties, including condition surveys, defect identification, contractor and contract management, budgeting, payment authorization, and stakeholder coordination. Support legal evidence preparation, insurance-related remedial works, home improvement requests, reporting, customer enquiries, health and safety compliance, GDPR, and continuous process improvement.

Manage contracts supporting planned and reactive housing investment works across a large residential portfolio. Lead Building and Project Surveyors, oversee contract scoping, procurement, mobilisation, performance, budgets, payments, compliance, and continuous improvement. Develop policies, procedures, KPIs, and reporting; manage internal and external stakeholders; provide advice on complex asset-management matters; and ensure building, health and safety, data protection, and financial requirements are met. Line-manage delivery staff and oversee regional stock condition surveying.
