Manage end-to-end housing sales processing, including resales, staircasing, lease assignments, remortgages, repossessions, lease extensions, and homebuying applications. Assess purchaser affordability and eligibility, liaise with solicitors, estate agents, vendors, and purchasers, process legal and completion documentation, maintain accurate records, handle complaints, administer government claims, and provide reporting while ensuring compliance with relevant policies, leases, legislation, and data protection requirements.

Manage rent and service charge accounts, reduce arrears, negotiate payment plans, and support customers with income, benefits, debt, and tenancy obligations. Maintain accurate financial and tenancy records, produce rent statements and reports, administer petty cash, and support legal or enforcement processes. The role requires customer-focused communication, sensitive arrears conversations, collaboration with internal and external agencies, and travel between properties when needed.

Leads income, administrative, and processing activities across the Managed Agents function. Manages and develops Processing Officers, oversees KPIs and service standards, resolves escalated customer and operational issues, and drives process improvements. Owns financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, income performance, reporting, governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance. The role also coordinates Managed Agent onboarding and exits, maintains data integrity, and manages internal and external stakeholder relationships.
