Manage end-to-end procurement (purchase-to-pay, supplier onboarding, invoice processing), own spend categories and sourcing/tender processes, improve procurement systems and data quality, produce reports/dashboards, provide procurement guidance, deliver stakeholder-facing projects and training, and drive continuous improvement and compliance.

Lead and deliver complex, fair investigations into fitness to practise concerns about nurses and midwives. Manage sensitive caseloads, gather and analyse evidence, produce clear reports, identify/manage public risk, mentor investigators, support casework process improvements, and contribute to a pilot redesigning investigation pathways.

Assess and progress high‑risk, high‑profile fitness to practise allegations; advise on risk, evidence and interim orders; manage complex multi‑registrant cases; conduct full investigations as needed; act as stakeholder contact; and support specialist lawyers while collaborating with operational teams to ensure consistent, timely, high‑quality case outcomes.
