Provide legal case preparation and advocacy for Fitness to Practise committees, manage High Court interim order applications and appeals across UK jurisdictions, advise on registrant and PSA appeals, mentor junior lawyers/paralegals, and contribute to robust regulatory decision-making.

Coordinate and manage fitness-to-practise hearings: schedule participants, maintain hearing flow, draft formal outcomes, ensure fairness and statutory compliance, and support occasional extended hours and team flexibility.

Lead a combined pay, reward, workforce planning and HR policy function. Develop reward strategy and pay remit, build strategic workforce planning, review and govern HR policies, manage trade union relations, lead teams, oversee budgets, suppliers and HR systems, and provide senior stakeholder leadership and evidence-based analysis.
