Provide legal case preparation and advocacy for Fitness to Practise committees, manage High Court interim order applications and appeals across UK jurisdictions, advise on registrant and PSA appeals, mentor junior lawyers/paralegals, and contribute to robust regulatory decision-making.

Coordinate and manage fitness-to-practise hearings: schedule participants, maintain hearing flow, draft formal outcomes, ensure fairness and statutory compliance, and support occasional extended hours and team flexibility.

Lead a combined pay, reward, workforce planning and HR policy function. Develop reward strategy and pay remit, build strategic workforce planning, review and govern HR policies, manage trade union relations, lead teams, oversee budgets, suppliers and HR systems, and provide senior stakeholder leadership and evidence-based analysis.

Lead and develop the organisation's testing strategy, manage test planning and execution across projects, oversee functional, automation, performance and non-functional testing, manage test environments and defect lifecycles, advise stakeholders and suppliers, serve on the Change Advisory Board, and coach a team of Test Analysts to drive continuous improvement and quality assurance.

Manage a varied caseload through the initial Fitness to Practise screening stages, gather evidence, liaise with stakeholders, advise Screening Decision Makers, meet strict timescales, and deliver high-quality customer service while handling sensitive material.
