Serve as the first and last point of contact for guests at a luxury boutique hotel. Welcome and assist guests promptly, support a memorable stay, and coordinate effectively with other hotel departments. The role requires luxury hotel front-office experience, fluent English, strong communication and interpersonal skills, exceptional customer care, and teamwork.

Leads hotel finance and accounting operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, financial controls, reconciliations, audits, capital expenditure oversight, pricing analysis, compliance, reporting, and staff development. Advises hotel leadership on financial performance, policy enforcement, risk, and operational decisions while ensuring adherence to accounting standards and internal procedures.
