Leads strategic communications and day-to-day management for fashion, lifestyle, and culture-led client accounts. Develops communications strategies, manages senior client and media relationships, oversees fashion show logistics, evaluates campaign impact, supports new business, and identifies commercial growth opportunities. The role also leads, mentors, and develops account teams while representing the agency across the fashion and cultural industries.

Provides day-to-day HR administration support, including onboarding, employee records, recruitment administration, payroll and learning system updates, absence tracking, HR documentation, organizational charts, and employee inquiries. The role also supports HR projects, process improvements, and people initiatives while maintaining confidentiality, accuracy, and effective communication in a fast-paced environment.

Supports day-to-day accounting across multiple UK entities, including supplier invoices, accounts payable and receivable, customer billing, bank and intercompany reconciliations, expenses, credit card transactions, project codes, and month-end close activities. Maintains accurate financial records, prepares Excel files, responds to employee expense queries, and assists the Finance Manager and CFO with general finance administration.
