Support the UK Senior HR Manager with end-to-end onboarding, HR administration, system maintenance (Workday, Teamtailor, payroll, L&D), recruitment administration, record keeping, absence monitoring, contract preparation, and ad hoc HR projects to improve processes and employee experience.

Lead and grow a flagship global account, manage senior client relationships, oversee integrated social, ATL and experiential campaigns, drive revenue growth and margin control, mentor four Account Leads, and implement operational processes to scale the agency.

Manage day-to-day PR activities for luxury fashion and lifestyle clients: generate coverage, oversee sample trafficking and gifting, build stylist/journalist and VIP/influencer relationships, run press events, support client liaison, lead junior staff, and report on press and social metrics.

Lead client liaison and strategy for hospitality and lifestyle accounts; manage and mentor junior staff; create decks and press collateral; secure media and influencer coverage using strong industry relationships; support pitches and cross-office collaboration; monitor digital performance with analytics and recommend improvements.
