Leads planning and logistics strategy, governance, and performance across a complex, multi-site supply chain. Oversees S&OP, materials and resource planning, MRP II and ERP-enabled processes, logistics partners, inventory flows, and supply chain analytics. Drives Lean improvement, transformation, capability development, and cross-functional alignment with procurement, manufacturing, engineering, quality, and projects. Ensures delivery, capacity, regulatory, and performance commitments while developing teams and evolving supply chain systems and processes.

Lead AI security assurance across development teams, including vulnerability management, secure-by-design practices, security requirements, governance, risk assessments, system accreditation, and technical security advice. The role supports data protection, compliance, security policies, risk registers, and security initiatives while collaborating with enterprise AI, architecture, services, and business stakeholders. It requires cloud and Infrastructure as Code knowledge, Agile security experience, recognized security certifications, and eligibility for UK Security Check clearance.

Lead safety engineering throughout the project lifecycle for defence and other safety-critical systems. Develop safety cases, safety plans, and hazard logs; conduct hazard identification and risk assessments; apply qualitative and quantitative safety analyses; and provide safety evidence and assurance. Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams, customers, and stakeholders to influence design decisions and ensure systems remain safe, reliable, and compliant.
