Proactive talent pooling for experienced Clinical Operations leaders. Responsibilities include leading and coaching site management/monitoring teams, overseeing study delivery, resource planning, ensuring operational excellence, and collaborating with local and cross-functional stakeholders. Role requires hybrid work from Luton three days weekly.

Lead development and sustainment of clinical database programming capability: assess current-state, create improvement roadmap, ensure quality/compliance, provide technical escalation and hands-on DBP support, develop training/competency frameworks, and support commercial proposals and EDC platform readiness.

Lead global proposals and contracts capability for clinical development services: own standards, templates, governance, training, KPI reporting, and Salesforce/CRM processes. Provide commercial support on complex proposals, budgets, contracts, and change orders while driving continuous improvement and cross-unit collaboration.
