Lead development and sustainment of clinical database programming capability: assess current-state, create improvement roadmap, ensure quality/compliance, provide technical escalation and hands-on DBP support, develop training/competency frameworks, and support commercial proposals and EDC platform readiness.

Lead global proposals and contracts capability for clinical development services: own standards, templates, governance, training, KPI reporting, and Salesforce/CRM processes. Provide commercial support on complex proposals, budgets, contracts, and change orders while driving continuous improvement and cross-unit collaboration.

Provide clinical quality oversight for clinical studies by advising on ICH-GCP and local regulations, supporting audits and inspections, driving quality control and compliance, identifying risks and CAPAs, and developing local procedures and quality frameworks.
