Teams at Teya

Design, develop, operate, and maintain reliable backend services for Teya’s ePOS platform. Own features throughout the software lifecycle, contribute to scalable architecture and event-driven systems, improve CI/CD and observability, troubleshoot complex production issues, and uphold security and testing standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in code reviews, mentor engineers, and influence technical direction while supporting fintech and payments-related products.

Own paid acquisition across Meta, Google, and TikTok for European markets, connecting advertising spend to qualified pipeline and onboarded merchants. Lead acquisition strategy, budgets, analytics, SQL reporting, unit economics, experimentation, conversion optimization, platform integrations, and agency relationships. Partner with sales leaders, develop the growth team, mentor staff, and communicate forecasts and performance to senior stakeholders. Use AI to accelerate reporting, analysis, experimentation, and team workflows.

Acts as a bridge between frontline teams and Product/Engineering by identifying, categorizing, and resolving recurring operational issues. Analyzes tickets and feedback, documents and improves workflows, reads technical logs, and supports scalable systems and automations. The role also translates operational pain points into product opportunities and strengthens feedback loops to improve merchant and agent experiences.
