Own expansion and renewal revenue for assigned UK provider accounts, converting pilots into multi-site rollouts. Build business cases, engage senior stakeholders, lead executive reviews, navigate UK clinical and budgetary decision processes, and coordinate with BD, Customer Success, and Delivery. Maintain accurate CRM forecasting and represent Teton at customer meetings and industry events.

Own end-to-end rollout of Teton hardware across UK care facilities: plan and project-manage multi-site installs, coordinate installers and customer IT, configure and cable compute boxes and sensors, monitor device uptime, troubleshoot issues, and hand off to customer IT.

Provide Tier 1 support: monitor regional support channels, respond to inbound messages, triage and categorize tickets (Detection, App, Connectivity, Desktop, Hardware), perform device monitoring and install validation, and escalate well-documented issues to CS, Engineering, Deployment, or Product per SOPs.
