Build and scale Teton’s backend infrastructure for real-time data from thousands of healthcare edge devices. Responsibilities include distributed ingestion systems, event pipelines, APIs, databases, MQTT communication, cloud deployment, reliability, observability, performance optimization, and production debugging. The role supports critical alerts and operational workflows used by healthcare staff.

Build and own customer-facing web and mobile features end to end, from user discovery and design through implementation, rollout, and adoption. Develop with TypeScript, React, and React Native; improve APIs, data models, testing, CI/CD, and frontend quality guardrails. Collaborate directly with care teams, prioritize privacy and safety for health data, and ship reliable products across multiple markets and languages.

Build and maintain a React Native mobile application used by healthcare workers for real-time resident monitoring and alerts. Own features from design through production, troubleshoot push notifications and reliability issues across iOS and Android, contribute to backend services, databases, cloud infrastructure, testing, developer tooling, and build pipelines. The role requires cross-stack collaboration, strong ownership, and occasional travel to the United States.

Designs mobile, desktop, and wall-display applications for healthcare and care staff. The role involves simplifying health data, creating workflows for different user levels, collaborating with AI and engineering teams, conducting customer site visits, prototyping in code, and designing around sensor and model limitations. Candidates should have 4+ years of software product design experience, strong information architecture skills, and ideally React or front-end development experience.

Own expansion and renewal revenue for assigned UK provider accounts, converting pilots into multi-site rollouts. Build business cases, engage senior stakeholders, lead executive reviews, navigate UK clinical and budgetary decision processes, and coordinate with BD, Customer Success, and Delivery. Maintain accurate CRM forecasting and represent Teton at customer meetings and industry events.

Lead Teton’s European sales organization across the Nordics, UK&I, and DACH. The role owns sales governance, forecasting, pipeline management, tender and enterprise deal execution, territory strategy, market expansion, recruiting, and leadership development. The VP will personally support major public-sector and private-sector opportunities, develop repeatable go-to-market motions, and open new European markets while representing Teton at industry events.
