Performs business-focused data analysis, SQL reporting, dashboard development, root cause investigations, data profiling, and proof-of-concept analytics. Partners with stakeholders, customers, BI, data engineering, and product teams to translate business needs into technical solutions. Uses Azure data platform technologies, Python, and Power BI to develop insights, improve reporting, support data governance, and influence data-driven decisions.

Serves as the onsite Oracle HCM functional consultant and client-facing SME for Core HR and Absence Management. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, configuration of workforce structures and absence processes, solution documentation, testing, demonstrations, data migration validation, quarterly release support, post-go-live issue resolution, and HR process improvement.

Leads customer-embedded data center transformation from assessment and strategy through target-state architecture, migration planning, governance, and execution assurance. Owns compute, storage, networking, virtualization, security alignment, resilience, disaster recovery, documentation, and operational readiness. Coordinates cross-functional delivery teams, vendors, and customer stakeholders while managing technical risks, design decisions, cutovers, and knowledge transfer.
