Manage Android Enterprise partner onboarding, training, expertise validation, and support readiness across EMEA. Track partner progress, create recurring regional reports, develop training targets and plans, identify compliance and account issues, coordinate with Business Development, Enablement, Engagement, Partner Escalation, and Solutions Engineering teams, and guide partners toward training, documentation, knowledge bases, templates, and forums to improve customer support quality.

Operate and monitor robotic platforms remotely, ensure safe and correct task execution, perform real-time adjustments, verify task quality, record and escalate issues, assist with setup, testing, and deployments, and collaborate with engineering and operations to improve processes.

Lead and coordinate multi-shift teleoperations teams supporting AI training, robotic testing, and deployments. Manage staffing, onboarding, KPI tracking, incident escalation, robot deployment schedules, and operational readiness. Serve as primary operational contact for engineering, product, and clients; prepare reports and ensure safety, quality, and performance targets are met.
