The role focuses on investor relations, capital markets, corporate reputation, and communications for industrial-sector companies, including work involving corporate milestones, transactions, crises, ESG, and governance.

Provides UK corporate tax advisory services for complex financial restructuring and insolvency transactions. Responsibilities include developing tax-efficient strategies, preparing transaction reports, advising insolvency practitioners, supporting tax filings and authorities, building client relationships, contributing to business development, and training team members. The role requires strong UK tax expertise, ACA/CTA qualification or equivalent experience, communication skills, project management ability, and performance under pressure.

Lead smaller projects and workstreams within larger engagements, deliver high-quality analysis and recommendations, manage client interactions, coach junior staff, support business development, and contribute to practice initiatives.
