Provides end-to-end HR operations support across the UK employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, employment changes, leave, absence, contractor administration, Workday transactions, and employee queries. Coordinates with Payroll, Reward, HRIS, Recruitment, IT, and other teams; supports performance and compensation cycles; maintains data quality; manages confidential information; and improves HR processes, reporting, documentation, and service delivery.

Lead smaller projects and workstreams within larger engagements, deliver high-quality analysis and recommendations, manage client interactions, coach junior staff, support business development, and contribute to practice initiatives.

Lead day-to-day execution of debt advisory mandates: build financial models, draft slide decks and term sheets, analyse financing options, support management teams, manage processes, and assist business development across European markets.
