Leads AI and technology strategy for a management consulting business, including AI engineering team leadership, prioritization, investment, governance, delivery, adoption, knowledge management, vendor management, and partnership with central IT. Oversees AI solutions from experimentation through production, establishes responsible AI controls, represents consulting needs to enterprise technology teams, and drives training and sustained adoption of approved tools.

Design, develop, test, and publish engaging digital learning modules using Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise 360. Translate technical and business content into learner-centered storyboards, interactive activities, assessments, and accessible eLearning experiences. Collaborate with subject matter experts and internal teams, manage feedback and version control, maintain branding and quality standards, and deliver multiple projects within agreed milestones.

Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across content, digital channels, events, and internal communications. Manage website and communication platforms, create multimedia content, support brand events, track campaign performance, and translate metrics into optimization insights. The role also establishes marketing processes, collaborates across business functions, mentors junior marketers, manages agencies, and leverages AI tools to improve content and campaign efficiency.
