Defines gameplay experiences, combat, controls, progression, missions, exploration, and engagement loops; benchmarks global games; evaluates prototypes and live projects; solves design challenges involving GaaS, innovation, and economy balance; and provides strategic consultation and industry thought leadership.

Conduct cutting-edge NLP and machine learning research, develop benchmarks and baselines using public datasets, train large language models on practical tasks, and publish findings at leading conferences and journals. The role requires advanced academic training, research publications, and hands-on experience with Python, PyTorch, Hugging Face, Transformers, and LLM techniques such as fine-tuning, self-learning, efficiency, agents, and reasoning.

Analyze European and Western gaming markets, tracking trends, competitors, products, and industry developments. Support overseas game investment evaluations through competitive and commercial viability analysis. Produce structured market, product, event, and industry reports; maintain market intelligence resources; and translate data into actionable business insights. The role requires strong gaming knowledge, independent product judgment, analytical thinking, and English communication skills, with Chinese proficiency advantageous.
