Provide personalised luxury concierge and travel services to high-net-worth members, handling end-to-end bookings, supplier negotiation, relationship management, service recovery, record-keeping, and identifying commercial opportunities.

Lead and grow strategic retail and brand partnerships across EMEA to drive revenue, member engagement and commission opportunities. Manage partner negotiations, contract performance, analytics-based optimization, cross-functional marketing activation, and lead a small team to deliver best-in-market offers that boost acquisition, loyalty and NPS.
