Manage international People Operations tasks including onboarding, leave administration, offboarding, benefits administration, and employee lifecycle changes. Support employees across regions, build scalable processes for new countries/entities, partner with vendors, maintain People systems and records, and assist with compliance, training, and audits to ensure consistent global operations.

Drive activation, implementation, and expansion of Temporal Cloud accounts across EMEA. Own a broad book of business, build champion relationships, develop pipeline and quota attainment, partner with product marketing, and design programs to productionize customer use cases. Collaborate with Startup and Self Sign Up teams to pursue ICP accounts and grow ARR.

Entry-level sales role focused on outbound prospecting, qualifying leads, setting appointments, and introducing Temporal OSS and Cloud offerings. Log and manage outreach activity, support the sales team in customer meetings, apply taught sales techniques, and help define scalable processes for a growing team.
